San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was nabbed by Ohio cops for allegedly engaging in prostitution ― but eventually pleaded no contest to an amended disorderly conduct charge, several outlets reported. He was also convicted of possessing “criminal tools.”

The 46-year-old York, a married father of two, was arrested Sunday at a mobile home complex in East Palestine, Ohio, according to a police report cited by Bay Area outlet KRON. He was booked into Columbiana County Jail and sentenced to two days in jail to be served concurrently. He was also ordered to pay $150 for the disorderly conduct and $1,000 for the tools.
“Criminal tools” covers a vague umbrella of potential offenses.
York is the principal owner of the 49ers, who have won five Super Bowls in franchise history but none since 1995.
York grew up in Youngstown ― not far from where he was arrested ― and attended a local high school.

WKBN in Ohio reported that a cell phone was returned to York and $160 seized was to be given to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.
The 49ers are in the midst of their exhibition season and open the season Sept. 10 (Sept. 11 local time) against the rival Los Angeles Rams in Melbourne, Australia.
