A standing desk can help relieve pains associated with all-day sitting. One reviewer calls this “an amazing investment for posture.”
This standing desk is what users say “helps give my back and neck a break,” thanks to its ability to rise and lower as needed, helping you align your posture. It’s a great way to keep a laptop at eye-level, or to take a break from sitting all day. It’s “made a huge difference in my pain/mobility issues.”
“The desk is sturdy and well-constructed, easily supporting all my work essentials,” says one review. “The adjustable height feature works smoothly, allowing me to switch between sitting and standing positions effortlessly. […] This flexibility has made a noticeable difference in my comfort levels, helping to alleviate the back pain I used to experience from prolonged sitting. I highly recommend this standing desk.”
And it’s surprisingly durable hardware, and it’s even simple to set up.
The Flexispot EN1 ships in two pieces (free for Prime members, of course): one box holds its metal legs, and the other the sturdy tabletop. Installation is easy, according to several user reviews, and only requires attaching the two pieces and plugging the desk in.
The control panel has an up and down arrow to raise and lower the desk, plus four preset buttons you can manually adjust for custom heights. Perfectly sized for home offices and private offices alike, the tabletop itself measures 48 by 24 inches, and you can adjust the heights between 28.9 and 46.5 inches.
Although the $110 price tag seems like the desk should feel cheap, plenty say it’s far from it, noting that it’s durable, steady when in movement and fairly heavy.

“Only problem I had was lining it up to screw the top on. They could improve by providing marks on the support beam that extends out so you know exactly how far to extend it.
Someone else complained about it shaking to much when typing. I have 2 monitors 1 is new and one is 6 years old. The 6 year old one shakes a lot but the new monitor does not. This could also be fixed by using one of those mounting brackets for monitors.
Has really helped my back pain problems. I tried not to but would end up hunching over when sitting so this helped a lot.
Has also increased productivity by being able to move around while I am talking on the phone and increasing blood flow which can help to prevent blood clots from sitting for long periods of time.
As far as the cheaper sit to stands go i think this is perfect for the money.” — RandomRead more 27 Outdoor Toys That Reviewers Say Kept Their Kids Busy For “Hours”
“The desk on the right. It’s perfect. I got the wider one and glad i did. Its a single piece, unlike some of the others I saw. It was easy to put together but be very careful with the gear piece. Its made of nylon and I did ding it but its still functional. I do recommend a 2nd person to help with assembly though I did do it myself and im a 57 year old overweight female with back issues.
This thing is a life saver. The neck, shoulder and arm/hand pain has been alleviated. I also got a balance board, standing mat and I now love my work space.” — Debster“Worried your getting that flat butt? Having pain in lower back? Need to get a little more exercise and blood flow throughout the day? This desk is so easy to assemble, easy to figure out and work. Helps so much getting off your butt all day. Add an under desk treadmill for extra needed exercise and blood flow. Your body will thank you.” — Amazon Customer
“This is the best purchase I’ve made in months! The desk was easy to assemble and very sturdy. I feel confident to put my monitors and papers on this desk. The lift works at a great speed so nothing really moves when it goes up or down but it doesn’t feel too slow either. As a graphic designer, I enjoyed the brochure they added to the desk. My only complaint is the directions had typos and it was sometimes succinct to the point of misunderstanding. However, this desk is simple enough that anyone who has put together furniture before can figure it out by slowing down and looking at the pictures more. I’ve had this desk for a couple days and it’s already improved my back and hip pain and quality of life working from home. I appreciate Flexispot for making and selling this quality desk and for putting extra thought for their customers by including a brochure. When this desk goes out I will be buying this one again.” — Jennifer A.
“Spent hours worrying and freaking out about the best standing desk for a budget. Saw people online saying you can’t get anything good for under $700.
I’ve had this desk for three months and its genuinely amazing. Use it standing and sitting everyday. Amazing investment for posture.” — GlossyNooter
