Meyers noted that throughout the 2024 campaign, Trump repeatedly promised he would bring down prices and inflation on day one of his return to office and make America more affordable again.
But new figures show that isn’t happening.
The comedian aired footage of Trump speaking at a rally earlier this week, where the president appeared to question what “affordability” even means.

After introducing the segment titled “Am I Fucking Crazy?”, Meyers told his audience: “OK, so can I tell you guys a secret? I feel fucking crazy,” before bringing the bit to an immediate end.
Turning to Trump’s comments, he then added:
“What do you mean, ‘What’s affordability?’ You’re the one who said it. You said we were going to make America affordable again. Affordability is the noun form of the adjective affordable. You fucking drop out.”
