Trump’s net approval rating among Republicans on inflation when he was running for president in 2024 stood at +68 percentage points, Enten said on Tuesday’s broadcast of “News Central.”

But now it’s sunk to an astonishing -5 points.

That’s a gigantic 73-point swing.

“Look at this! Look at this! Collapse!” Enten pointed out.

“And this is not voters overall, let me remind you,” he continued. “This is Republican voters. That call absolutely coming from inside the house. On the key issue of inflation, there are now multiple polls showing that Donald John Trump is underwater within his own Republican Party.”

Trump’s net approval among Republicans on gas prices is currently -4 points.
