Jon Ossoff Goes There Against Trump With Devastating Line About Natalie Harp

Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) on Sunday tore into President Donald Trump for botching the war on Iran, golfing, trading stocks and sleeping through meetings. But the one line that may have stood out most was a reference to aide Natalie Harp, who has grown so close to the president that he’s rarely seen without her nearby.

“He doesn’t want to do the job,” Ossoff said. “He wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie on their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the emir of Qatar.”

Last month, Trump secretly swapped planes in Turkey because of an alleged security threat. He was seen boarding the original Air Force One – and not the $400 million Air Force One that Qatar had gifted him – then hid inside a catering container truck before being flown to the U.K. on a military jet.

Harp, believed to be in her mid-30s, was reportedly one of only a handful of allies Trump brought with him into the catering truck and onto the secret flight.

Trump, known to value loyalty above all else, has boasted that “she’ll never leave me,” according to the book “Regime Change” by Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan.

In a 2024 profile, The New York Times said Harp writes “devotional” letters to Trump, including messages like “You are all that matters to me” and “I want to bring you joy,” as well as one calling him her “Guardian and Protector in this Life.”

That same article claimed that others in Trump’s orbit described her as the “human printer” because she would travel with a portable printer to print things for him, and that she types his social media messages and posts them for him.

Over the summer, her brother, Preston Harp, said his sister’s relationship with the president was “very unhealthy.”

“She’s just like his fan club,” he told The Daily Mail.

Critics also highlighted Ossoff’s line about the president and his aide:
