A three-time Donald Trump voter tore into the president and Trump-backing Republicans during a call to SiriusXM’s “The Megyn Kelly Wrap-Up Show.”
“I’m a three-time Trump voter. There’s no way in hell that I’m voting for another Republican that supports this guy,” said the caller, identified as James from Virginia, in an audio clip of the exchange that was shared online by the nonprofit research center Media Matters for America on Thursday.
“It has been an absolute disaster from the tariffs to this Hormuz deal,” he told host Emily Jashinsky, calling for “enough with the boomer brain melt” and for the return of common sense.
James called out those performing “mental gymnastics” by “jumping through hoops trying to justify this insane war” with Iran, which Trump launched in February and which has no end in sight, that he fumed has “put us in a worse position economically, militarily.”

“I mean, our standing in the world, we are a joke,” he added. “I mean, they did in six months what it took over a decade to do to us in Vietnam. It’s really insane, and we are in a much worse off position.”
The “boomer brain melt needs to stop,” he urged. “Like, it needs to stop. It needs to stop. Stop watching the Fox News.”
