The president shared an apparently AI-generated image showing his three Democratic presidential election rivals ― Hillary Clinton (2016), Joe Biden (2020) and Kamala Harris (2024) ― wearing red MAGA-style hats declaring, “I Lost to Trump.”
But while the slogan was accurate on the caps worn by Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris, it was false for Biden.

Biden, of course, defeated Trump in the 2020 election, winning more than 81.2 million votes to Trump’s 74.2 million, along with the Electoral College.
Trump has nevertheless spent years falsely claiming the election was stolen from him, despite courts, election officials, members of his own administration and many others refuting his arguments.
