Zendaya, Selena Gomez and Nicole Kidman were among the A-list stars to showcase their fashion-forward style Monday in Los Angeles at the 2026 Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by “Law & Order: SVU” actor Mariska Hargitay.

Television’s biggest night doubled as an opportunity for many nominees to showcase some of their most eye-popping looks to date on the red carpet, clearly holding on to the very last bit of summer.
Two-time winner Zendaya unveiled a fresh pixie cut alongside her jaw-dropping custom Prada gown. Gomez opted for a gold Louis Vuitton gown that resembled a cross between armor and a disco ball, while Kidman returned to the ceremony for the first time in nine years wearing a white feathered look by Chanel.
As for comedian Meg Stalter, she took a more literal approach to her ensemble, turning up as an Emmy statue. The “Hacks” star was covered head to toe in gold body paint, and wore a sparkly gold bra, hot pants and massive angel wings.

“I had really ethereal to really vampy,” the designer said, adding that “People are going for different things.”
He couldn’t totally pin down a trend ahead of the carpet, and told E! “I think we’re gonna see a lot [of different looks].”
“Maybe it’ll be not so sexy. I think it’s going to be a little more lady, elegance,” he shared.
