“I have always cut food up by hand and used a conventional grater. I bought a conventional mandoline slicer, but I did not find it very useful. I slipped once and I got a really nasty cut on my hand. “Best buy ever! This is so easy and quick to use! I haven’t used all blades but this has worked so well. I love being able to shred my own cheese and make pico de gallo very easily rather than chopping it by hand! This is a personal problem I can’t for the life of me get the cheese to stay on the safety guard so I might have to buy one of those safety gloves.
