JD Vance’s Big Convention Dig At Democrats Goes Sideways Fast

JD Vance’s attempt to differentiate Democrats from the GOP at the Republican midterm convention quickly backfired.

“The contrast in this election, ladies and gentlemen, is not about this or that policy,” the vice president declared during a lengthy speech in Dallas on Thursday.

Instead, he boiled the choice down to something much more basic.

“It is about the party of common sense beating the party of the crazies,” he claimed, before urging: “Let’s send these lunatics packing and govern the country for the future.”
